Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
At EaseMyRestro (a product of Akigo AI), we believe in earning your business every month. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation procedures to ensure transparency and fairness.
2. Free Trial
All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial. You will not be charged anything during or after the trial unless you explicitly choose to subscribe to a paid plan.
3. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time - no penalties, no annual lock-ins, no contracts, no questions asked. To cancel, log into your account and navigate to Settings > Subscription > Cancel. Upon cancellation, your account remains active until the end of the current billing period.
4. Refund Eligibility
Monthly plans: If you cancel within 7 days of a payment, you are eligible for a full refund of that payment. After 7 days, no refund will be issued, but you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period. Annual plans: If you cancel within 15 days of an annual payment, you are eligible for a full refund. After 15 days, no refund will be issued, but you will retain access for the remainder of the annual period.
5. How Refunds Are Processed
To request a refund, email us at rakeshyadavnita@gmail.com with your registered email address and reason for the refund. Refunds are processed via the original payment method (Cashfree payment gateway). Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
6. Refund Timeline
Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days. Once approved, refunds are initiated immediately. Bank processing may take an additional 5-7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases: if the refund request is made after the eligible period (7 days for monthly, 15 days for annual), if the account was suspended due to violation of our Terms & Conditions, or if there was fraudulent or abusive use of the service.
8. Data After Cancellation
After cancellation, we retain your data for 90 days. During this period, you can export all your data in Excel/CSV format. After 90 days, all data is permanently deleted from our servers.
